Inspired by his Great Grandfather, who founded a health law firm in Indiana over 50 years ago, Riley has devoted his legal career to defending healthcare providers. He serves as lead investigator for medical malpractice claims against hospitals, physicians, and correctional medicine professionals. His experience includes birth injury, Covid-related deaths, surgical error, and misdiagnosis of cancer claims. In the last three years he has favorably resolved more than twenty-five cases, including a defense verdict as second chair in a two-week trial for anesthesiologists. He was recognized in 2023 as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.

Riley supports the firm’s corporate clients through all stages of litigation, beginning with written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and extending to courtroom support at trial. He also counsels individual professionals facing disciplinary actions before the Board of Registration for the Healing Arts, ensuring they receive appropriate due process, fair treatment, and exceptional representation.
