Stephanie Hudson, Counsel
Stephanie is a transactional health law attorney licensed in Missouri, Illinois, and New York who has served a range of healthcare facilities nationwide during her legal career, including one of the five largest non-profit healthcare systems in the U.S. In addition to her Juris Doctorate, she practices under a Master of Laws degree in Health Law from St. Louis University, and a Certificate in International Law with a civil litigation concentration.
Having worked for small and large health systems, boutique health law firms, and as counsel to various healthcare startups, Stephanie brings broad experience to her clients' projects. Her work in healthcare operations and regulatory compliance led to her current role serving community health centers as they navigate and scale healthcare services in a value-based environment.
